Valencia Sleep Treatment Center
Saving Lives & Marriages
Do you have difficulty sleeping or find yourself feeling unrested in the morning? Does your or your partner’s snoring keep you both awake at night? Although there are many different factors determining why people have trouble sleeping, it could be a sign that you suffer from Obstructive Sleep Apnea or another similar condition.
The quality of your sleep serves as the foundation for the rest of your day. If you slept well, you are much more likely to be alert, productive, and pleasant to be around. Sleeping poorly, on the other hand, can turn what might have otherwise been a good day into a slow, irritable slog.
A bad night’s rest just once in a while can be problematic, but waking up every day more tired than when you went to bed causes a wide range of problems. Sleep plays a critical role in your ability to function optimally during the day; if this is interrupted enough times over a long enough period, it can negatively affect virtually every major system in your body.
Our Valencia sleep center specialists may be able to help if you or your spouse experience any of the following:
- Excessive snoring
- Sleep apnea
- Daytime tiredness
- Choking or gasping for breath while sleeping
These symptoms are very common indicators that you may not be getting enough oxygen while you sleep. This condition is called Obstructive Sleep Apnea, or OSA.
Qualifying for Treatment with a Sleep Study
To determine if you qualify for treatment, we will recommend undergoing a sleep study in our Valencia sleep care center; we will need to meet with you in person. During your initial interview, we can sit down and discuss your symptoms, medical history, and perform an examination. We want to ensure that our study and treatment options have a significantly high chance of helping you.
Treatment Options for Sleep Disorders
Once you have completed your sleep study and we have made a diagnosis, we can offer you treatment options which are specifically designed to treat your condition. There is a wide range of treatment options, including oral appliances, CPAP machines (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure), and in rare cases surgery. We use a special type of appliance which is fit just for sleep disorders.
Our clinical directors and staff have more than 35 years of experience in the field and are dedicated to helping sleep-deprived individuals seek lasting relief. We are here to address your concerns and help you move towards a happier life with more satisfying sleep.
